SHUMEI, or Oleg Shumey, has been living with music since childhood. He received a musical education, participated in numerous festivals and competitions. But his real musical breakthrough happened in 2022 thanks to the original composition “Anxiety” and the emotional cover “By the Poplar”. Both tracks quickly became symbols of Ukrainians' resilience in difficult times.

In SHUMEI's songs, he sings genuinely and frankly about pain, losses, love, painful memories, and unbreakable faith. And these personal experiences easily resonate in the hearts of Ukrainians:

• “Hair”;

• “Forgive”;
• “Malvas” and others.
