And the foundation of this success was laid by the outstanding choreographer, artist, and dance master Pavlo Virsky. He is one of the founders of the ensemble and was its director for 20 years. By exploring Ukrainian folk traditions, Pavlo Virsky was able to create many bright and authentic choreographic compositions.

To celebrate the 120th anniversary of Pavlo Virsky's birth, the VIRSKY ensemble has prepared a special program.
