A festive concert for everyone

At the beginning of March, the ensemble celebrated the 120th anniversary of Pavlo Virsky's birthday with a special programme. The Palace ‘Ukraine’ was overcrowded for two days, so by popular demand, VIRSKY will repeat the legendary show on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine. The main part of the programme for 23 August consists of well-known dance compositions that have already become the band's trademark:

• ‘We are from Ukraine’
• ‘Zaporizhzhia’;
• ‘Hopak’;
• ‘Slider’ and others.

The festive programme also includes restored performances by Pavlo Virsky that have not been performed for many years.
